Cannabis industry group presses Ohio to add autism as qualifying condition
The Ohio Medical Cannabis Industry Association is calling on the State Medical Board of Ohio to add autism in particular to the state’s list of medical marijuana qualifying conditions. Adults are explicitly permitted to treat autism with medical marijuana in at least 16 states, including Michigan and Pennsylvania. But Ohio officials have rejected the condition for several years running.
